I had raised service request# 120217704 on 29th July 2020 and it is still not resolved. I am without internet for more than 4 days and there doesn’t seem to be any update from Airtel. Customer support is clueless and they seem to have as much information as I do.
A service engineer was assigned to me on 29th July. He checked from backend and wanted to visit the premises to check something. On reaching my society he found out that my floor is a containment zone so he backed out and left. Since then no one has contacted me regarding the resolution of the said matter.
I urge you to please look into this issue and find a way to resolve it as my livelihood is at stake since I need internet to work from home and I can’t take any more leaves. I am sure you can arrange safety kit for your engineer so that he can come and take a look at the issue.
