My airtel broadband isnt working for last 2 days and because of this I missed my timelines in company and its a very big escalation.
There is no point in calling their support because customer care just want to get off the things from their chest by saying they have escalated and anyway next time it will be another support person who will say same thing.
I raised ticket but no one came and its saying someone will come by 12th April. Can u believe it, ticket raised on 9th will be addressed after 3 days. This is me their Airtel Black customer which they are charging high then many of other and say ur special customer. I dont believe any of that.
If Airtel black is their prime service and its in such a bad shape, i wonder what others might be suffering.
ANYWAY TIME TO SWITCH TO SOME OTHER BETTER NETWORK NOW.
