SR no 109296664. with due respect ,i have broadband connection from AIRTEL with no 01724640851 .i am with airtel frm last 6 yrs .from last few days i m facing an issue with my internet so i raised the request then i came to know that there is some wiring issue so need to change wiring so airtel will send engineer to my place .I raised complaint on 9 of jul 2019 and evryday i am calling to customer care that i didn’t receive any engineer for wiring change its 17 jul now and my issue is not resolved yet .. so now u guys tel me what to do next? i m being harassed evryday i talk to many supervisors and even floor manager bt i didn’t received anything till date.
