My internet stopped working in the morning of August 24th and I filed a complaint to the person who installed the airtel broadband at my house at 10am, the complaint wasn’t resolved for the whole day and when I contacted them after 6:30pm, they said that it is raining outside and that is why they cannot fix the issue but it rained for only an hour and a half from 3:30pm – 5pm and while I was talking to them, there was no rain in the 7km radius to my house and when I asked for further support, they stopped responding even though I can hear some sound coming from the other side of the call.
