My broadband is not working from past 6 days(11/05/2022 onwards).
I raised a complaint on 12/05/2022 morning with SR#10037856195.
Issue is not yet resolved and no one contacted/updated me from airtel for the same.
I am calling multiple time daily to customer care from last 4 days and explaining the same story….and getting same reply with fasle commitment/promise that it will done in 24 hours ….4hours…2 hours…..bla bla bla.
Still issue is not resolved and no updates from airtel on my complaint.
