I have made 6 months advance of Rs.5232 online on 16-08-2020 for new Broadband connection. CAF No. 0111895958 .
Concerned executive name Sarit Gupta (mobile No. +918010304491 , 7428188663 ) and his supervisor Mr. Harjeet Singh (mobile No. 9810349889 ) responding very rudely and not installed the connection yet after I made the payment. They are not responding to my messages. They promised that installation would be done within 24 hours. Its been here more than three days but nothing happened .
Kindly do something .
