I was registed for airtel xstream fiber broadband on 6th August 2021 and executive promise me to he will install it on monday i. e. 9th August 2021 but no one come for installation and i continuously trying to contact him but he was not responding on my calls and even not providing any status of installation
After that trying to reach out to Airtel customer care they are also saying same that installation will done by end on the day everytime. Now it is almost 1 week and no one contacted me for installation and i am continuously calling them related with my query but nothing works. Everyone just saying same thing but nothing happens.
I registered for 3 months plan for broadband connection and paid money as well and that airtel executive take Rs 200 as extra deposit from me
