I have request for new airtel broadband connection. Aathavan from airtel team called me for document details and payment. I have provided the same and payment was also done. But after that so response from airtel. After 4days from connection request, when I approached the engineering team they said no services provided at my location. How could they get document ID and payment without confirmation the service area. Worst behavior from airtel
