Hi, i have submit many time complain about my broadband network not working properly, Airtel assistance daily call me regarding to change my plan into Fiber, but still no one come to change it, i raised complain so he send me msg that some engineers will come but still i am facing same issue and no one come to solve my issue.. they just call and said this time surely our engineer will come but i am helpless what can i do.
