In the month of Feb,2021 i had received call from airtel customer care that as a privilege customer i have been offered free upgrade to airtel extreme fiber plan with upgrated speed of 100mbps. To my surprise till now nothing has happened and my rental is also increased from Rs 499 to Rs 799 excluding gst.I have been overcharged and emailed my grievances many times but false surety is given that complaint will be resolved within 24-48 hrs. I am fed up with the services and suffered harassment at not fault of mine. Airtel is still sending higher bills with late charges even i requested to change to my original plan and will clear original amount of the bill.My broadband connection is disconnected now but bill is charged every month for no service given.Kindly look into the matter at the earliest
