I raised an issue at customer care on 15 March, 2022, regarding the fact that the router of my broadband under registered mobile no. 8167318596, is not having internet connection. Since the I have called the customer care several times and they escalated the issue every time and the local technical team visited my house almost everyday and tried hard to fix my problem but still the problem isn’t resolved. The router is havig pon but no stable internet. It’s been sixteen days and they couldn’t figure out what the problem is actually.
