Hey,
I have purchase plan of 2 year with trust that I will get best service from the GTPL.
I am having issues in my internet since one month and from last 15 days internet is not working whole day. I have registered complain in GTPL service they just resolve the complaint from backend without solution and without confirmation. Every day I am calling in service department they are just saying their normal speech to wait for 24 hours and resolve my complaint. and still I haven’t received any update from their and no one is taking responsibility.
I want my full refund and I want to cancel this on priority as no one is taking reasonability for it.
