I am facing issues from the past 2 years but there is no permanent solution. Technicians visit & tell different problems every time. Airtel gave me a router last years which acc. to the technician is defective as from march 2020 & is not changed yet. I am telling them to change it as these days world is stuck & dependent on INTERNET. When I am telling for a waiver as in order I am facing issues due to fault on their end, they are telling me different things as data usage & all.
