Text of Complaint by Mahima:

Hi Team,

My escalation is about- Not getting a final outcome and going round in circles. I need a fool proof resolution so I can live peacefully.

This all started from when I took ur connection in April 2020. Only after a few days of your connection working well, I started facing challenges where sometimes the wifi was too slow and other days not working at all. I was also working from home that time and due to your connection problems, I had to face a lot of issues at my office front which is the only earning for me.

Whenever I got an opportunity, I escalated my issue either by calling you through customer service or by writing an email (You can pull out all my previous mails and check yourself) however, I was told that refund will be initiated after my 6 month period end.

Last October, I again wrote about the issue and was told that resolution will be provided but that also didn’t happen.

On January 5th, I called the customer service team and spoke to your agent- Kundan, who told me that I will only have to pay Rs. 1077 and my connection will work till end of March without any further bill generation on my account and without any further payments required from my end as any other remaining amout will be adjusted as refund from Airtel so I made a payment of 1077 on the same day.

However, On 29 January, I checked my mails and found another bill generated on my account to be payable by 6 Feb for Rs. 680.
I straight away called your customer service and the agent transferred me to speak to a supervisor named- Sahil who said that they will listen to the call for 5 Jan and will provide refund or make adjustments at their end if that’s what was promised to me and also they will call me within 24 hrs. for a final resolution.

However once again, nobody called me and I called your customer service team today and spoke to agent- Zaid who said no notes were left by any agent on the account so he couldn’t do much but could raise a complaint and that’s what he did. Complaint number-127183600.

Now please help in adjusting any amout required till end of March as I am totally tired chasing you.

I really feel I have been tortured too much from your end and your CEO owns me an apology.
