From past 4 month I am facing the broadband issue, when ever I face the problem I called to the customer care centre they will send 1 engineer to solve the problem. But past 15 days there was severe problem from your broadband. Even u can also check how many complaints raised. In this COVID situation we are doing Work from home and online classes for my children. In this regard I want to resolve the issue or permanently disconnected the broadband.
