Please be informed that I have been charged incorrectly for my Airtel broadband connection. I have also got a call and told them about the the issue. However, listening to the issue, they suspended the connection. This is so unethical and unprofessional.

Now calling for N number of times no resolution is being provided. How can Airtel as a big firm can charge customers incorrect.

I need a resolution asap.
