It’s been 10 days now my airtel xtream fibre connection isn’t working and I’ve called Airtel multiple times and spoke to multiple agents including A manager called Mr. Keshav and my Issue hasn’t been fixed yet, Airtel just making me fool by giving me false promises over and over again as engineer will come at my house and fix the same however no one has come yet to fix the problem. I’m a working professional and I work 5 days a week from home unfortunately I wasn’t able to work from home from last 7 days because of the pathetic service from Airtel. I would like to speak to management and escalate it to higher authority.
