Hi,
I am new customer and buy a plan from you on end month of June. For this I paid for 2000 rs on behalf of this They assured me that they provide 5 g speed with 200 mbs. However from the day first I was facing issue related to net. Even whenever I called to 121 and they said engineer will visit and check. When Engineer cam to our house and said there are some problem on your device that is the reason 5g speed will not connect. And than I called to 121 they said no it’s not possible. Also Engineer cam to house and said why you are said these words to recording call that you have paid for 2000. Why am not saying if I paid 2000 rs for good speed. Anyways I don’t mind for this but from day first to till date I was struggling from your network. Today 7 July time 8.30 I called to 121 from my registered phone the agent said that in your area 5 g is not supporting.
My question is that at the time of buying why you did said these to me because you want to make money. And there is no value for customer. If i said return to my money then they denied very easily
If customer missed one day payment then you will ask to pay the outstanding amount. What a great policy you have.
But customer faced alot of problems then there is no value. At the time of new connection you said lie to customer and took a good amount. Right
