Its been more than 2 days since I raised a complaint that my broadband has no internet access. They said that the problem May resolve within 24 hours but today on 1st June 2021 the problem is still present. Everytime I call customer care of airtel they say sorry and say that problem will be resolve in next 12 hours but they dont do anything. I even recharged my with new pack but no use. They all are fooling us by asking us to pay money but dont give us any kind of service.
