Dear concerned,
I took an Airtel Xstream broadband connection on 26/05/22. There was a problem in the line and I raised a complaint on 21/06/22. It Has been more than 1 week as of now and there is no resolution. I called customer care so many times, every time they are telling me that they will escalate the issue on high priority-asking me to wait for 24 hrs. Like that i waited 8×24 hrs.
Finally I am fed up with the Airtel team and their irresponsibility. I asked them to disconnect the internet and to refund me the amount. They are not ready to disconnect or to refund.
I paid 6 months rental amount in advance and now they are making me tensed and in trouble. I’m feeling so much mental tension because of the Airtel Xstream customer care team.
I really fed up with the Xtream services.
No response from customer care executives.
No response from customer care supervisors.
No response from the technicians.
They are not resolving the issue, not able to refund the amount. Don’t know what’s happening?
What should I do? Please suggest me.
Please take proper action on the Airtel Xstream team from your end. I want proper justice.
