Dear Sir, I have taken up the Airtel broadband connection on
8th July 2020, for 6 months subscription, as promised by your team as 40mbps. I am an Educator doing online classes. Airtel connection is not helping me out. I have complained the same everyday to the area service engineer he also tried his best to do it, but nothing happened. Because of your internet i Lost my 70,000/- online project, I have struggled a lot with you. I don’t think that Airtel can help me. I am Highly disappointed with Airtel Broad Xtreme services, You have given false information and promises. I can understand its big network cant satisfy everyone, but should commit false promises.
