- I had applied for airtel broadband connection on 20 Dec 20 and made payment for 6 months in advance on the same day with transaction ID 122020894. Till now the installation has not happened and no one is able to give me the clear picture of the delay or the problem. Am located at
- 806/C, SHUBHKALAYAN, Nanded city, Pune.
- The agent who did was Mr Mukesh (8999842527) and his Manager Mr Nilesh (8552020001).
- I had also talked to 121 service but that also has not resulted to any solution.
- I have been using Airtel for last 6-7 years and if this is the kind of response am getting am sorry but will have to shift out to a new network.
