good morning sir,
I Naman Jain has taken the airtel broadband in march 2019 and that time it was told me that i will be given fibernet but after i had paid the amount of the router and installation the connection given to me was of cooper.That was not the deal with me and i request you to please install the fiber net in my area.
My landline number of airtel broadband is 0129-4019745.
sector 15-A Faridabad need fibernet connection and now we are having copper connection.We all are ready for digging and having the fiberline to pass from our home.please look into the matter and provide us as soon as possible.
In my line there are 4 to 5 houses which are having copper connection and we all are ready to upgrade to fibernet.Please look into the matter and install the fibernet in my area.We 4 to 5 houses are suffering from this else we will switch to some other network.I had mailed to airtel number of times and no positive reply is coming from their side.
