At Hyderabad on 13th have shown the interest in Airtel BB. Engineers came verified the location and connection possibility. Took my photo id and collected payment as well. On 23rd when I called up customer care. Superviser Mr. mukhtadar disconnected the call without addressing me. Then other Supervisor Mr. Surya told me connettertion is not available.after waiting 13 days and me calling to CC i get this update. Everyday i get computer generated message that connection will be fixed with in 72 hrs. When requested cancellation it will take 48 hrs to cancel and 7-10 working days to get full refund
