An executive from Airtel collected the amount for broadband installation but no one from Airtel came at my place for the same. I tried calling them multiple times and each time my call was purposely rejected and answered. The seriously frustrating as I was given false claims while making the payment that the installation would take at most 48 hours and it’s already been more than 7 days and I have no updates yet. Please look into it and assist me
