I applied for Airtel Broadband in Najafgrah with “3 Months Plan for Rs.2397 with Free Installation”. The local vendors instead gave me “1 Month Plan for Rs.799 and took Rs.1000 as Installation Charges” which went in their pocket. They did this by tricking and saying that 3 months plan have a discount and I have to pay only Rs.2122 but actually they were committing fraud. Local vendor who installed the router, Mr.Ajay Kumar agreed that Mr.Pankaj Kumar committed the fraud and left the job. I wamt the guilty ro be held accountable.
