I made a payment of 6543rs to airtel, for a broadband connection in George town tulasyani Apartment,Prayagraj,Uttar Pradesh on the date 29/09/2020 and the operator told me that he will provide the connection by 2nd october, next day they brought wire connection to the house, After that day he is not picking up the phone and router is still not provided to me, i want to file a case against airtel, for this fraud
