Dear Team
I would like to inform you that I am holding a Broadband fixed Telephone Number – 04443229340 and I am facing an issue every time I cannot use the broadband connection normally.
Every month I am paying the amount but every month I do not get more than one month. Now I would like to cancel the connection because of this bad connection and very poor service.
Please be informed that I have raised the complaint but still not received any response from the airtel broadband team. Please check the issue and rectify that immediately. I need to raise the complaint for a refund of my bill amount because I did not use the connection after the payment due to your bad service.
