Shifting of fixed broadband line no 044 – 47401990 R.Murali.
We had requested and raised SR on 9th June to shift it from Pacifica Aurum VILLA 221 to 314 the distance hardly 100 metres., we had received a message that will be done with in a day and completed by 10th., where as till now no action taken. The very disappointing factor neither we are able to contact nor some one contact us. Communications are very poor., could you inform us the status, when can you do such a small job., sorry to say, very very sad.,
