HI,
I would like to inform you. My home broadband fiber not working last 1 week, I already so many compliant in your customer care and our service area provider but still no one visit and resolve this problem. And some technicians do not pick up calls either. The technician also misbehaved and talked rudely.
Please resolve this now otherwise refund my money.
