Sir,
I am having Xtreme broadband connection having no 01914000972 on the name of Vikram Sharma. Broadband service disrupted at late night of 03/12/2020.On Saturday I had made complaint and provide S.R.No:-125145048.But upto Sunday evening nothing happened. At late evening I received a SMS that my problem was resolved but in actual it is not resolved till Monday afternoon .Then I make another call to customer care and your representative replied me your proble will be resolved in the evening at time will be alloted to some technical expert but till now nothing will be done to resolve my problem till now and my money is deducted from my account on daily basis without any kind of service provided by you.
