Text of Complaint by Subranil:

Strangely airtel raised line cancellation themselves and disconnects broadband stating there is outstanding amount of – 0.29 /- . Now when I tried registering complaint on their customer care number, they are not taking my request. Now they have no plans to restore the connection.
