Hi,
I have requested airtel for disconnection several times over email, tweet. On phone also I have tried reaching their customer care team but the call automatically disconnects as the relevant option is not there. On airtel app – there is no option to place a disconnection request.
However, I’m getting calls from Airtel customer care to increase the package limit and when I ask them to disconnect my connection, they stop replying and disconnect the call! This is sheer absurdity and lack of professional conduct from Airtel as a brand.
