I subscribed Broadband services from Airtel on March, 2020. Unfortunately lockdown announced on later part of the same month and therefore I moved to Native. Hence visited Airtel office on June, 2020 (lockdown ended in June,2020) to discontinue my broadband services since I was not using internet from begining but they reluctant to take complaint/request to close my broadband services instead they asked me to send email to ‘enterprise@in.airtel.com’ and I sent email to them and keep following up and reminded them to close my broadband from almost 1 year which they didn’t do but finally somehow I fought in Airtel office got rid of broadband services. However I end up paying the bill for 1 year on my broadband services which I didn’t use, though I reached them several times through multiple ways to disconnect but their negligence made me to pay the bill for almost 1 year.
So now I’m looking for the refund on Airtel broadband which I wasn’t used at all.
