Text of Complaint by Rajesh Damodharan:

I had paid in advance for my Broadband connection, from May 2020 till Nov, 2021. In Sep 2020 i moved to a new apartment, where airtel broadband services are not available, hence raised a disconnection request. I have a confirmation that the disconnection has happened, but my pending refund is not getting processed nor addressed correctly. Need urgent refund.
