Text of Complaint by Rohini Kumar Narra:

Dear Team,

This is to bring to your kind notice, my broadband landline number 040101369142-AP has been identified on 30th April 2023 that it has been disconnected.

I have raised complaint through Airtel thanks app with ticket number 10168669061 on May 1st 2023 1:05 Am, since then I keep following up through your customer care for every 4 hours.

No one has visited our place on that day.

2nd May I spoke to one your supervisor and she raised other ticket on staff irrespective and to prioritise my work with ticket I’d 10168925380 and allocated to local technical named shiva mobile number 9289139597 on the he called me and said it will be sorted, after that I have followed him he said it will be done by that evening and evening when I called him he said it was copper wire disconnection and it will be sorted by 7:30Pm on that same day.

Again the same story by customer care people 24 hours and supervisors 4 hours it was not taken up.

3rd May I spoke to one of your supervisor and she allocated to local technician called venkat 8904979083 he didn’t visited and he called me and I explained the situation, he told will be done within few hours and I called him after two hours he told me will be done by evening and when I called him in the evening he started answering harsh and very rudely he said we are on that work only we will do which is not done.

4th may Again the same story by customer care people 24 hours and supervisors 4 hours it was not taken up.

No technician has called up till now and venkat said that he is on leave today and shiva will take care.

Till now after 4 days of the complaint no action has been taken by Airtel on restoration of my connectivity or action the responsible team and local technicians whor are irregular in manner and their work.

I request your intervention to make my broadband connection restoration immediately and action on the negligence of the above two technicians.
