Text of Complaint by Narinderdeep Singh:

I have purchase a GTPL broadband connection April 2020. I am taking one year plan and pay one year in advance. I am facing the problem from beginning. My cable disconnected from DP(Connection point) by another customer in which house DP is installed. In my colony everyone’s internet working and our cable disconnected. I have complained many times to customer care, GTPL local offcie and Applet officer. But still not getting any resolution. I give request connection surrender request but that denied by GTPL.While i am asking for problem resolution every time they said wait for some time. But from last 9 months i didn’t get resolution.
