Text of Complaint by Ayush Mansinghka:

Hi ,

Airtel team came to my home and i paid Rs 3532 for a new broadband connection on 12th March.

They promised the connection to be done by 25th March but then they are delaying it and the sales person is not picking up my phone after taking the money.

I have called the airtel customer care hundreds of time and they are not helping.

I cancelled my order on 30th march and they told refund will be processed in 7 working days.

I again called them on 9 March they told please wait till 12 March

 

Today , on 14th March when i am calling them they are saying we will start the process and we are checking and this and that ….

it seems they are not interested in returning y money back.

 

Its been more than one month they are just avoiding this issue and they are again again initiating a new connection request from backend.

Please help me to get my money back, i want my money back with Interest and i also want to lodge a formal complaint against them for Mental harassment of customer.

 

Please help me with the solution
