- I am using airtel broadband for more than 1 year.
- On 29th April, I requested for for transfer of my broadband connection from gurgaon to bangalore.
- After some time , I got call from Airtel. The executive told me your connection can’t be transferred to bangalore . You have to request for deactivation. I said ok and half an hour my service was deactivated.
- On 30th April, I connected airtel on 121 to reactivate my service as my shifting plan has been postponed because of covid situation.
- I received a mail to pay my due for reactivation. I immediately paid Rs 114 at airtel store.
- From 30th April, I am continously connecting Airtel either through email or by phone. My connection is not resumed till now.
