Hi,
I had applied for new broadband connection on 19 March 2020 but still it is not installed.
What’s going on? I have already paid the amount to you.
Airtel broadband connection number provided to me was 80275227

Attached is the payment details.
When are you going to install the broadband.
This new connection was for lockdown.
What do you think how will I work if there is no connection.
Is this how Airtel is supporting Government in lockdown by not helping citizens with internet connections.
