Text of Complaint by Pradeep:

Respected Sir,

I took an Airtel broadband connection with Airtel about 4 years ago.  Now I want to shift that connection to my residence. For which I have also requested Airtel by calling customer care(121) on 27th June.

But my connection has not shifted yet. After requesting, the Airtel team visited my residence and said that the connection will be made at your residence on your old plan. The Airtel Customer Care Executive also told me that you will get an old plan at your residence. And after two days wiring was also done.

But after wiring on July 10, the connection has not yet been given, Customer Care Executives Promised me that shifting will happen in the next twenty-four hours, but now let’s say take a new plan only then shifting will happen, they said that shifting will be done only after taking a new plan according to the current plans.

Sir, if I had to take a new plan then why would I request shifting? 

Visiting team, wiring team or customer care executive Did anyone know that shifting will not happen on the old plan.

I have also informed CEO Airtel, Nodal Officer UP West in this matter via email but they have not taken any action. 

 Please help the applicant.
