Hi,
I had taken Airtel fibernet and was promised 40 mbps speed. I paid 6 months advance rental for the same in June 2021. Post connection I observed that speed was not even 14 mbps so ordered for disconnection. Post disconnection I have been chasing for refund since last one month and have not received my refund yet. Airtel guys take advance rental from customers after giving false information about broadband speed and do not do refund even after chasing them. 080102423626_kk was the id provided. Kindly look into this from your end and help me in getting my refund amount back.
