I am from Indore (M.P.),I have paid complete amount of 2768 rs for new airtel broadband connection on Friday(04/09/2020). The airtel executive Suresh came to my home and took the payment here is the Application id- 07312005166 . He promised that the Broadband will be installed on the next day, but nothing is been done. I even contacted their executive head Kailash joshi, both of them are not helping me even the least bit, it’s been the 5th day since i’m contacting them. For the first 2-3 days they made some excuses saying that there are some issues and now they both are just ignoring my calls , I’m facing serious internet issues as i have online classes to attend daily, please look out in this problem and take actions against these 2 person Suresh(9755555522) and Kailash joshi(09893011037) as they are affecting your company’s reputation very badly. I would never ever recommend anyone to buy airtel broadband connection in my life.
