Respected Sir
I visited sector 35 Airtel store for new broadband connection, they sell me one plan for mobile DTH and broadband and promised me that new broadband connection will be installed within maximum 48 hours, but no new connection has been installed after 3 days and many calls and can not be installed in my area according to Airtel technician because ports are full, after many calls, not picking my call by marking head of Airtel Store not replied me, when i personally visit they have not attend me.
Airtel should not have sell me new connection, if Airtel cannot installed the same, I am too much harassed in this case, my only fault to choose Airtel.
I request you sir, please give me justice, as my son is taking online classes, which are missed due to their false commitments,
Moreover, I have make many calls and waste my valuable time, Airtel cheat me, please give me justice, I request you to please intervene, I complaint many person, I have recording in the phone as a proof.
I will be very greatfull to you
