This is reference to new broadband connection with CAF number : 801*****
I have made the payment of 6018 for 999Rs plan 6 months on 31st December,2018 to avail the following offers:
1. Amazon prime
2. Netflix
3. BMS vouchers of 3000Rs for next 6 months
4. Data roll over
The payment was done successfully but no one contacted me post payment to do the physical connection @ home. I have called 121 couple of times and getting response it will be done soon.
Its 5th day from the successful payment and connection is not done. I will take it to TRAI with as I am continuously harassed by calling 121 and payment was done well in advance and airtel company is taking advantage of advance payments.
Simple calculation 6018Rs / customer and if there are minimum 1Lakh customers , the company will be earning Lakhs of Bank interest in 3-4 days.
