I applied for broadband connection of airtel in an emergency and was promised 24 hours installation. I paid for the connection also. Later on till 10 days no body came from installation and marketing person stopped receiving my calls. After 15 days i got a call for installation which i denied and asked for return of deposit amount. I also called 121 toll free airtel number in which customer representative told me that cancellation request has been received and refund will be credited within 10-15 days. Till date i didnt received any message for cancellation nor any update of refund and everyday i use to receive call for installation. These people are irritating and non responsive. Please help me in getting my refund
