Hello,
I asked for prepaid broadband connection and sales person provided me postpaid connection and falsely. when I asked him about the recharge he was telling he has done recharge for this month next month starting you recharge. Very bad service and customer care also very bad no one resolving my issue even written mail to CEO no response to the mail. I’m much more worried about the connection. One lady called me from Nodal office unable to resolve my query while speaking she disconnected my call very very bad service and sales person he has cheated me by falsely promising and everything we can get it through call recording from airtel no one is responding and resolving issue frustrated with service. Please take an action on them.
