I have been following up with Airtel for frequent disconnections and not able to use 5G service with the router complaint raised on 25/8/2022 the technician who came to inspect said will make some changes and will observe if there is same issue again after 2 days facing same issue and was unable to use 5G spoke to the manager for the technical team and he is just making fake promises of a resolution also made a complaint about the same to Nodal office of Airtel still no response or resolution
