Text of Complaint by Sharad Dinakar:

I have taken new broadband connection from airtel and paid 2,829 rupees as advance and I have been informed that the installation will be happen in maximum 7 days of the payment(i.e., 19/05/2021 payment date)

 

On 28th which means after 9 days. I have been informed that the connection procedure has been cancelled and this has happened without informing me anything.

 

The customer care executives are the most irresponsible comparitively from other service provider.
