I booked a new broadband connection from Kolkata, and I paid a subscription amount for 3 months for a connection of 40Mbps. The airtel representative called me after I had submitted a request from there online page.
The vendor contacted me after the request and said that the connection is not feasible.
Now the representative is neither picking up the call nor I’m getting any response from customer care.
